About me

24 year old Luxembourgish student, living in Heidelberg but about to move to the United States. Born as a Luxembourg I grew up as a bilingual child (father Luxembourgish-speaking, mother French-speaking) . I learned to speak German at the age of 7 and took German eluction classes later on to perfect my German language skills. At the age of 17 I learned Italian by living and working with Italians in Switzerland. Unfortunately I decided pretty late to study dolmetching, so I first spend 3 semesters at the Universitaet Trier (German) to study sociology and another 3 semesters at the Universite du Luxembourg to study social work. Since september 2006 I'm a student at the Universitaet Heidelberg (Germany) studying dolmetching; French being my A-language and English my B-language.
